Why can't sweating be more localized?
Like, I'm biking to work in the blustery october cold, my legs are working hard but are they sweating? NO! My arms and back however, stationary though they are, will surely be soaked by the time I reach my destination.

i imagine so. what i can't figure out is which would be the more efficient w/r/t removing heat from the skin -- sweating underwater or sweating in the air...
