Propositions:
2. I don't think of myself as a good sight-reader of rhythm.
3. I have a persistent 'I can't' complex with respect to musical creation.
4. I'm insecure w/r/t/ my ability to notate rhythm accurately.
5. I have no problem notating pitch. I'm actually pretty darn good at it.
Soooo, I've started notating all these annoying ditties. It's good practice, and should improve my rhythmic transcription ability. And it helps keep the tunes from floating around bugging me all day. And with this practice, if/when I actually have a good idea, notating it won't be a problem. And actually, looking back over this week's ditties in my Alfred manuscript book, well, one or two of the chicken scratch bits actually seem fairly decent ;)

Alfred Manuscript Book?
Whatever it is, I need one.
Yeah it's great. Musical staff paper, but I'm sure you could still make use of it ;)
